第213号：CMMI V2.2で変更されたプラクティス文

CMMI V2.2を使用していますか？

日本語版のCMMIはV2.1です。現時点ではV2.2の日本語版はありません。

CMMI V2.2での主な変更点は、安全性、セキュリティ、仮想ソリューション配信に関連するプラクティス領域が追加されたことや、供給者合意管理(SAM)が中核プラクティス領域でなくなったことですが、それ以外にも細かい変更があります。

今回は、既存のプラクティス領域でプラクティス文が変更しているものを紹介します。

GOV 2.1
変更前
Senior management defines, keeps updated, and communicates organizational directives for process implementation and improvement based on organization needs and objectives.

変更後
Senior management defines, keeps updated, and communicates organizational directives for process implementation and performance improvement based on organization needs and objectives.

「improvement」の前に「performance」が追加されました。プロセスの実装と実績改善の組織方針を定義してください。

GOV 2.4
変更前
Senior management holds people accountable for adhering to organization directives and achieving process implementation and improvement objectives.

変更後
Senior management assigns authority and holds people accountable for adhering to organization directives and achieving process implementation and performance improvement objectives.

「assigns authority」が追加されました。権限を割り当ててください。そしてGOV 2.1と同じく「improvement」の前に「performance」が追加されました。

MPM 3.1
変更前
Develop, keep updated, and use organizational measurement and performance objectives traceable to business objectives.

変更後
Develop, keep updated, and use the organization's measurement and performance objectives traceable to business objectives.

「organizational」が「the organization's」に変更されました。日本語ではどちらも「組織の」です。

MPM 5.3
変更前
Select and implement improvement proposals, based on the statistical and quantitative analysis of the expected effect of proposed improvements on meeting business, quality, and process performance objectives.

変更後
Select and implement improvement proposals based on the statistical and quantitative analysis of the expected effect of proposed improvements on meeting business, quality, and process performance objectives.

最初のコンマが削除されました。日本語訳に影響ないでしょう。

変更後

最初のコンマが削除されました。これも日本語訳に影響ないでしょう。

PQA 2.2
変更前

変更後
Objectively evaluate selected performed processes and work products against the recorded process and applicable standards.

「Throughout the project,」が削除されました。日本語訳の「プロジェクト全体を通して、」の部分が無くなることになります。

STSM 3.1
変更前
Develop, keep updated, and use the set of organizational standard services and service levels.

変更後
Develop, keep updated, and use the set of organizational standard service descriptions and service levels.

「descriptions」が追加されました。活動の例ではもともと「標準サービス記述」でしたので、それに合わせたのでしょう。
